Mood Agent is currently making a iTunes plug in, and soon will have an update for the play list integration, so that problem is solved. As for the play list mood not matching. That is because Mood Agent pick the songs in your play list relative to the mood setting. Therefore if you lack variety in your library it will be very hard to get the play list to match. For example if you have a library full of emo music it will be hard to create a play list with the Joy slider on full.

Yeah Mood Agent is a great app that really helps you build up a play list for all occasions. Finding the right mood setting you want could take some work, but everything becomes easier when you use a seed track. It sometimes can really amaze you by making songs that you will never think of relate to each other, relate. On the app review there were two complaints, one is play list integration into iTune, and the other is sometimes the moods set doesn't make the play list created.
