How to juggle 3 ball hi-lo shower

Make the height difference bigger if you find the timing difficult. In the begining, most people throw the lows too high. You may not want to practice 4b and 5b version of this inside due to the low ceiling. You need space.

Wow you have so much control. I have never been able to keep the balls under control when I do that, it takes a few tries to get it going but I can't keep it going for long. It's all about tossing the balls perfectly each time so they land in your other hand.
