i think the g25 is better beacause its alot cheaper and also the feel of the wheel is alot better, texture wise and size wise. the g27 is slightly smaller and it has more buttons which isnt that good.

clutch does work with GT5 you just have to lift off the Gas before changing gear, works for both wheels.
