MPH New Hack

A relatively new cheat. You need a specific hacking device to do this. It blends colors together using a specific palette of your choice, making the level appear smeared. It only werx on Combat Hall and Harvester as of yet. New levels will soon be able to do this without freezing.

Also includes some random hacks, courtesy of Kodewerx.
