The Girl Next Door (A Jonas Brothers School Series) Episode 9

**With Joe**

He was still making his way through all the people, since that school was huge and very crowded. He saw Brittany coming and ran down another hall and took a shortcut through the gym, hoping she didnt see him. He ran back up the stairs and headed to Jen's locker. When he rounded the corner he froze dead in his tracks. There she was. The girl he was crazy in love with. He couldnt move, he just kept staring at her with a lovestruck smile on his face. His smile got bigger as he watched her, she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen. Her golden blonde hair that loosley fell just past shoulders, her dark tanned skin, the way her body perfectly curved just before reaching her tiny waist, her priceless smile, and her sparkling green eyes that he lost himself in everytime he looked at her. He broke his feet loose from the floor and ran up to her.

Joe: (running up behind her and giving her a massive hug) There you are!
Jen: (smiling and laughing) Hey Joe
Joe: (resting his chin on her shoulder while she put books in their locker) So whatcha doin?
Jen: Putting up my books, where's yours?
Joe: (sliding his arm with the hand that was holding his books around her) Right here, put them in for me?
Jen: (giggling) Sure (putting his books in with hers and shutting the locker)
Joe: (lifting his chin from her shoulder) You need a ride home?
Jen: I guess I could use one
Joe: How did you get here this morning?
Jen: I rode the bus, do you think I'll get in trouble for skipping the ride home?
Joe: Nah not on the first day, and since you're new the bus driver wont even notice. No offense
Jen: (laughing) Its ok. But ya sure, you can take me home if you want
Joe: Could I stay at your place for alittle while? Or would your parents mind?
Jen: They're not home yet, they both work until like 8 tonight
Joe: Oh, well then i guess thats a yes?
Jen: Ya you can come, im sure they wouldnt mind
Joe: Sweet (putting his arm around her shoulder and walking her to his car)
Jen: Is that yours? (pointing to the red corvette parked next to the tree)
Joe: (pulling his keys out of his pocket) Yup sure is, nice huh?
Jen: Very
Joe: (taking his arm out from around her, unlocking the car and holding the door open for her as she got in)
Jen: Gosh this is a nice car
Joe: (opening the driver door and getting in) Thanks, i saved up my money and bought it
Jen: Wow
Joe: (smiling) So where do you live? You're gonna have to give me directions
Jen: Not far from here, its about 6 or 7 miles down the road, then take a right, then a left, then go to the 2nd subdivison on the left and my house is the 6th on the right
Joe: Sounds simple enough (backing out and drving away)
Brittany: (looking through a bush, spying on Joe and Jen) Did you see that!!
Amy: (pushing the branches of the bush back) No what was it?
Brittany: He walked her to the car with his arm around her, opened the door for her, and then left with her! He never did that for me!
Amy: Maybe she means more to him
Brittany: (slapping Amy on the back of her head)
Amy: OW!!
Brittany: Well dont say stuff like that. He'll want me back, just wait (walking away)
Amy: (rolling her eys and getting up to follow her, rubbing the back of her now throbbing head)
