Your not suppose to arrest someone for DUI from his home..if u dial 911 to report a DUI,the police have to arrest him from his vehicle,because if Kurt arrives home before the cops nab him..they can't arrest him cause the police have to actually witness him driving...WTF is wrong with the cops,they made a fool of themselves BIG TIME!!!!

Got an injunction on me that prohibited me from contacting her, citing that she was "afraid for her own safety" and once I was served with it, received a harassing text multiple times daily for a month and a half from her solid until we went to court and the judge threw the case out.
