I recommend VLC Player. It's free and that player plays almost ANY video format, so you don't need your computer full of different players for different video formats, as this one plays 'em all. So far I've tried *.avi, *.mpg, *.mov and *.flv files and never had a problem. VLC player also backs up subtitle files for videos (*.srt, *.txt and *.sub files).

it worked however, the video was small... anyway to enlarge the image to like youtube size without destroying picture quality?
