Her accent is fairly normal, its the words wat makes it sound so heavy.. My mither says that we hae mice That open air-ticht tins And eat her chocolate biscuits and cakes and siclike thangs. Nae doubt it is an awfu shame That mice should get the blame. It’s really me that rypes the tins When left alane at hame. But jings! I get fair hungert And biscuits taste sae nice. But dinna tell my mither for She thinks it is the mice.

NO, it is Scottish. Saying someone has a British accent is meaningless because there are so many different accents within Britain that sound nothing like eachother.

I love Scottish accents!
They're even more adorable when children speak.

Yes, that is a Scottish accent. For one example, the account says "Tayport, Scotland".
Also, even though lots of Scottish people (well, the Scottish people I know) don't like to claim they are British, they due fall under British Law (even though they have their own country laws, that other countries in the United Kingdom don't follow) making them British Citizens.
Scottish, Northern Irish, English, and Welsh people are all British.
(it's late, I hope I'm right lol)
