Freud was a hoped up little coke fiend with sexual issues of his own. I will never forgive his "Biology is destiny." outlook, and his theories on women's sexuality. Freud did more harm to the mental health field than can ever be undone.
I am pretty sure he was pandering to the sexist outlook of the times instead of making actual discoveries, He most certainly was not objective.
