Send me yr mail adress and I will show y a photo of my legs from when I went to competitions at the age of 18. I was ripped and full developed without using any thing but basic food and intelligent training.

I hope u can handle t "hard truth" and have t respect to admit it too when I enlighten y and to be frank - it´s quite simple. I have deeply respect for Flex Weeler and that why I also got so disappointed watching h training legs. The muscle I refer to witch is not symetrically developed is t vastus femoris medialis (vfm). To develope this specific muscle y have to go deeper in all t movements. If y only go 1/3 down you can lift more weight, I admit that but what we r after is a more full vfm.

@kispsc ok so since you're going to criticize a 4-time "Arnold Classic" champion then:
a. please enlighten on on exactly what he was doing wrong.
b. i hope your legs are better: /

if you avoid putting knees to chest than this shorter ROM leg press can develop more quad muscle near your knees. it's usally recommended to brush your knees against your chest for an instant before pushing again

my god it´s bad leg traning! Now I understand why y don´t have big muscle at the knee joint.
Great hard leg work out, flex is da man.
