Consider making a monetary or tangible donation to the amazing food pantry that has helped me so much in times of need.
Individuals in the Indianapolis area can donate non-perishable food, clothing, furniture and personal care products. Volunteers are also always needed.
STVDP also receives donations from large food store chains and corporations as part of their regular charitable giving.
If you're in Indiana and involved in your company's charitable distribution, consider reaching out to Indianapolis St. Vincent de Paul to coordinate donations of overage, dry food or hygiene products with slightly damaged packaging. Your loss products can benefit someone in need.

That's an amazing number of people they are serving -- 7,000 a week. I am always impressed when an organization can be well organized, in the face of huge numbers of people they serve, and, likely, a large group of volunteers doing the majority of the work.
