These songs do not have any technical names, as Shunsuke Kikuchi did not name them.

When the soundtrack was proven popular, Toei released CDs with they're own made up "names" (All of which are Japanese in title, such Jinzoningen Machi E)

But the songs do have numerical titles.

3:23 is titled M-811, and its from DBZ movie 1, Dead Zone.

Its when Piccolo fights Sancho and from there its used in the TV series numerously
