Bull Moose Jackson was born in Cleveland in 1919. He was basically discovered when Wynonie Harris missed a gig. His Buffalo Bearcats recorded a number of risque songs. Bull Moose died in 1989. RIP.

Don't get me wrong i'm a BIG aerosmith fan it's just that some times steve ruin a song by over screaming like he did with this classic which i think it's better than Aerosmith's version

But yea, those 10" 78rpm records were thick and heavy.

An early, influential honker, Jackson set up a lot of future players with his style. This is his best known recording, thanks to Aerosmith. The kind of record you'd play real low lest your parents actually figure out the lyrics.
