360 Pulls on the Xtreme Rings are a straight-arm multi-plane pulling variation that I find very useful for developing front and back lever strength in my athletes. They may be performed separately for beginners as well as in combination with static back and front lever work for more advanced athletes.

  • Coach I do these with knees tucked in as I lack the strength for a straight body pull. Is it ok to carry on like this whilst working on core strength?
