@Anali862 it would be pretty uncomfortable to sleep in, but hot rollers in general are awesome they work great, i do mine in the morning b4 makeup than leave them on while i do my make up and make breakfast, than i take them off right b4 i leave

yes! its actually better after a shower but your hair needs to be a little dry :)
