I tried emailing these people a number of times, no joy so in the end I delivered a letter. I did get an email back saying that apparently my issues are not within their remit??? I thought they were there to protect tenants Crazydave. You would have thought so huh? but not in Cardiff. Today the 3rd Feb 2010 We had the latest Tenant Times from the Council and that is so full of Crap it ought to be burned and the employees who produce it. Another Annual Tenants Satisfaction Survey with of those who responded 80% said etc see previous about this was that 3 tenants who responded out of 17,500?? another freedom of info request to send and to be ignored huh Crazydave? yep!

  • @TheTenantsEye I know there were rumouirs of them stoppiong it in Wales don't know if they have yet. Hope your keeping well.

  • The Right to Buy? - I thought "Tory Dave" was going to abolish that right now!?

  • @TheTVLicence I am not sure they post these replies, thanks for the comment. Due to the subdivision of the property pro-rata this house is reaping in twice what it would for the landlord than it would have let as a house, and this is a county council run let? You wanna tot up how much you've paid over the last five years and see if its about time that they removed the £3.50 add on! No joy with the tenants federation that just a bunch of kiss ass status seekers.

  • Hey, its good old crazydave!

Hope all well Dave and you get some results out of Cardiff council, so you pay £70 pw eh, I only pay £58pw up here in Yorkieland and that's with the extra

£3-50pw add on for the new central heating that was put in 5 years ago.
