Chris hits a two run home run to tie the game at 2

ABOUT THE FIELD AND HOW WE PLAY:
Pitchers mound is ELEVATED like a baseball mound and is 34ft from home plate. RF and LF are 80ft and CF is 90ft with a gate. The fence is a 6ft green rubber coated cyclone fence with yellow safety plastic on top. There is 4 lights -- two in LF in foul territory and two in RF in foul territory. Both the box and mound have red sports clay. The field is lined with a line painter.

Single --ball stops before fielder can field it cleanly
Double -- a ball that hits the fence in the air
Triple -- a ball that hits the yellow safety plastic
Home Run -- Hit it over the fence or hit the foul poles.

Double play -- Ground ball fielded clean by fielder and pitcher throws a strike in timely fashion.

Bats: Range from plastic black Louisville slugger or Easton with the barrel taped for support and weight. The old Blue and Black Loco bats are used as well.

Pitching: We don't throw it as hard as you can but we just don't lob it in there either. Pitching in these games are about changing speeds to be effective. Most games are pitchers duels and scores are in the low 3-4 runs combined. If you get someone out there who hasn't played they can get tagged for a lot of runs.

Hopefully this answers any questions you may have. I get a lot of negative responses about my field so if you like my field send me comments if not no big deal.

  • what was it 35 ft to the wall there

  • @dominic7412 -No, the dimensions are 80ft to RF and LF and 90ft CF and it is a 6ft tall cyclone fence. The pitchers mound is elevated and is 34ft from home plate and people can throw it pretty fast. That pitch happened to be something off speed and I was able to knock it out.

  • where is this?

  • @AndyMediaProductions - SE Michigan.

  • The only thing garbage is your comment. If you don't like my field or my videos then please don't post. Only positive content is allowed, any comments that are not positive will be deleted.

  • That field is only like 50ft long boring!!! -.-

  • Wow you blasted that one! Haha I can kick the damn ball that far

  • nice field, nice fox box

  • i hate wen people put a video on and its dumb

  • @wiffthisleague Hooray for "..minus the running"!

  • in my 5 seasons (2.5 years) in my league i have 531 homers :)

  • Wait this is in South east michigan? I gotta find a league ! I'm in metro detroit.

  • @MemorialMagic247 - Anyway you can play is a plus. At my field the pitcher has the advantage 9/10 times and I did my research on how far to make it. Now the first field i made back in 03 was too short but at that time i had no idea how far a wiffleball could fly. My wiffleball is played more like baseball minus the running. Thank you for your nice comments on the field.
