Footprints in the Sand Ep. 1

Hey Guys!
First Eppie of Footprints in the Sand.

(Demi's P.O.V.)
Dear God.
During my moments of joy and happiness,
during those times, you were there for me. However, when in times of trouble and despair.
Why weren't you there for me? I don't understand it.
I thought you were always with me ALL the time. (tears come down her face)

--The Next Day--

Demi: *wandering around the meadows* (a/n: Demi's house is in the Forest,
and the Forest's at the back of the school) *hears a scream* What was that? *looks around*

(With Joe and Selena)

Selena: *running, and dragging Joe*
Joe: -panting- Where are we going? Aren't we supposed to go to school? *holding his white cane*
Selena: Ugh. Sorry Joe! but, we're chased by a boar! *still running and draggin him* He even said "Get out of my turf"
Joe: You understand what animals can say? -panting-
Selena: *running as fast as she can* Of course, I'm a spirit after all.
Joe: *gets out of the forest and into the meadows* Selena? Selena, where are you?
Demi: -gasps- *turns around*

--Meanwhile--

Boar: [lol. randoom] *comes out running really fast*
Demi: *runs over to Joe and gets him out of the way* You alright?
Joe: You're... *touches her face* soft.
Demi: Uh-- -blushes-
Joe: *still touching, until he touches the wrong spot*
Demi: -gasps- *slaps him* PERVERT!
Joe: Ow *touches his cheek* I'm blind.
Demi: Oh, sorry. -sighs- Where were you headed?
Joe: To school.
Demi: *drags him to school* Why did you became blind?
Joe: They don't know, the doctors said I was actually fine and that nothing's wrong with me. This is my world,
all black. But, the sound of the wind. The smell of the grass and flowers, are really wonderful. The earth under my feet.
Well, that's my world. -smiles-
Demi: *still dragging him*

--After Awhile--

Joe: I'm sorry about earlier, it wasn't on purpose. Well, there's this girl that I asked directions for, and she pointed me
this way. She's a really strange girl by the way, she thinks she's a spirit. *laughs a bit* Which is rea--
Demi: Shut up.
Joe: Oh, well. I-I didn't get your name. I'm Joe Jonas.
Demi: *stops, puts Joe infront of her* Just go straight and you'll be at school. Bye *starts to walk away*
Joe: Uhh-- wait!
Demi: -stops-
Joe: *doesn't hear her footsteps so that means she stopped* You're in high school, aren't you? I can tell.
B-By your voice.
Demi: *looks down* Please don't get involved with me. *walks off*
Joe: *sighs*

(Joe heads off to school)

--At the School--

Emily: *walking around with Mitchell* So, I heard there's going to be a new kid.
Mitchell: Yea. And I heard that he's blind too.
Emily: Well, why here? Why in this school? Can't he just go off to a special school for special people?
Mitchell: -shrugs- I know. But his name's--
???: Whoah. whoah *struggling*
Emily and Mitchell: *sees ??? struggling down the stairs carrying alot of books* TAYLOR?!
Taylor: Hey guys! *almost drops her books*
Emily: Whoah! *helps her* What are you doing?
Taylor: I'm carrying the books we're going to use for class. -smiles-
Emily: I know that. But, why are you carrying them all at once? You can just split it into two trips. Can't you?
Taylor: Two trips? OH! I see *giggles* I didn't think about that.
Mitchell: You still haven't changed Taylor.
Emily: *glares at her* You're SO hopeless. *gets some of the books* Mind helping us out Mitch?
Mitchell: Sure.
Miley: *angry voice* MITCHELL.
Mitchell: Oh no.
Miley: Why'd you skip cleaning duty yesterday?!
Mitchell: *runs off*
Miley: HEY! Come Back Here! *chases him*
Emily: Ugh, man. *comes downstairs* They're so hopeless. Well, let's hurry. The transfer student's gonna be here any minute.
Taylor: Transfer student? whoah. -falls-

[THUD!]

Taylor: *has the books all over*
Emily: Are you okay, wait let me take these in the classroom *walks off*
Taylor: -sighs- *picks up the books*
Joe: *feels Taylor's feet with his white cane* Oh, sorry. Do you know where the Staff Room is?

(With Demi)

Demi: -sighs- *heads off to school with her head down*
Selena: *behind a tree so she can't see her*
Demi: *doesn't see her*
--Class--

Teacher: So, class. Joe is our new student here. He's blindness is due to an illness. So, everyone please help
him out. So, where shall you sit? *looks around for a vacant seat for Joe* Well, I guess you'll be sitting down
next to Ms. Lovato. Taylor, can you please lead him to his sit?
Taylor: Sure *stands up and takes Joe hand* *leads him to his seat* Here.
Joe: Thanks. -smiles-
Taylor: I'm the student council president by the way, the name's Taylor Swift
Joe: Nice to me--

[The Classroom Door Opens]

Teacher: Ms. Lovato, you're late.
Taylor: *sits down in her desk*
Joe: *does the same thing*
Demi: Yea sure.
Joe: *recognizes her voice*
Demi: *goes over her desk*
Teacher: As a punishment, I won't let you sit in my class. Stand in the hall.
Joe: -Wait.
