Anyone who has lived in Mexico knows that ''Telmex'' has a Monopoly in telecommunications.

They control cell phones,internet and cable and don't allow any competition. That makes Mexico have some of the highest phone,internet and cable prices in the world.It's creates social inequality and poverty.
