Alongamento do músculo tricípete. Tentar tocar nas omoplatas, auxiliando com o outro braço. (manter 10 a 15 segundos de ambos os lados).
Exercício proposto pela Associação Portuguesa de Ergonomia com o apoio da MBT Portugal com vista ao relaxamento muscular ao longo do dia de trabalho.
