The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) approved all Metro Expo Line Phase 2 at-grade and grade-separated rail crossings at their November 10, 2011, commission meeting. The vote was unanimous. This video contains the staff presentation and commissioner discussion of Resolution SX-100 that approved the rail crossings.
Metro Expo Line Phase 2 is a light-rail line that will run through the cities of Culver City, Los Angeles, and Santa Monica. It will extend the existing Expo Line Phase 1, running from Downtown Los Angeles to Culver City, all the way to the Pacific Ocean.
