Space Shuttle Atlantis Launch 02.07.08

February 07.2008, time 2:45 pm, The Atlantis Shuttle Launch...There is really nothing like being there, feel the vibration, etc...but at least i got this little video to keep as a memory, this video was filmed in Port St John, Fl, across the Indian River...Only 1:30 sec of flight, about 16 miles altitude the shuttle was traveling at aprox 2.000 m/h ...and around 7 min 40 sec was already 675 miles up from Kennedy Space Center and traveling aprox at 14.000 m/h !!!! yes...14 thousands miles per hour !!! amazing right ? right before the main engine was shuted off and the external tanks were separating the speed was about 17.000 m/h ...i got this data while watching it thanks to a live coverage from a local news channel.
