Mount St-Helens Rockslide

During a visit in October 2006, Mount St-Helens gets a bit cranky. Sorry about the wind noise it was unavoidable. Video was taken from the Johnston Ridge observatory deck. Sorry thge video is so short, I stopped shortly into the video to take pictures since their resolution was much higher. Initially I thought this was a minor eruption, but have been corrected, it is actually a rockslide due to the ongoing active state of the volcano sending up a plume of ash. Didn't stop people from running to their cars! Enjoy!
