@matiancai74 noticed it too when he played it in the AB (Bxl, BE) but a few months later I saw some more recent live versions with the phrase "Jesus is my only friend" again included in the song...
A sudden lack of faith? maybe
On the other hand, he changed some other lyrics on the road (smile that explodes => diamonds/flowers in your hair...)
