NJSBDC 20th Annual Procurement Expo & MatchMaker

On June 10, 2011 more than 300 people attended the NJSBDC 20th Annual Procurement Expo at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, N.J. Close to 200 small business owners had the opportunity to meet individually with sourcing and procurement representatives from corporate America, federal and NJ state and local government. More than 100 individual Matchmaker appointments were held between small and diverse business representatives and sourcing/procurement representatives. The 9 innovative and content laden procurement workshops were presented by corporate and government professionals. Eleven corporations and agencies were presented with awards for their long term commitment to this event: Columbia Nut & Bolt, LLC; Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Delaware River Port Authority, NJ Transit, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., Turner Construction, Panasonic Corporation of North America, PSE&G, Sanofi-Aventis, Skanska USA and The Port Authority of NY & NJ.
