My transformation story how I got from 220lbs to 145lbs in 5 years

Here is my grocery list:

Chicken breast, Filet Mignon, Cottage Cheese, Greek yogurt, Eggs, Egg whites, White frish, Salmon, Butternut Squash, Sweet Potatos, Oats (plain Oatmeal), rice, Blueberries, grapefruits, Oranges, Spinash, Mix Greens, Green Veggies, Garlic, Olive Oil, coconut oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Raw Almonds, Natural Peanut Butter, Rice Cakes

  • @nubianqueendomful there was a few trial and error.. but once i got it down path it was smooth sailing.. technically i dropped the last 40lbs in 5-6 months..

  • @achilleskade if you lose weight gradually your skin will follow. it's only when you do something drastic like gastric bypass that you'd need skin removal surgery or a tummy tuck.

  • @nms125 Thank you for your advice. I started a 12 week challenge in order to lose a few Kgs for my 21st birthday. Iv been eating healthy but need to work on eating more often. Im currently doing a step class 2 times a week and 1-2 weight sessions a week. Im now down to 70kg thanks to u :) Im Greek so it does get hard not to over eat but its something i need to do in order to benefit from it in the future if not i will regret it in the long run. Thank u for everything

  • @achilleskade no tummy tuck.. and wouldn't want one unless i needed it. I was in my twenties when i lost the weight.. Your skin lasticity does bounce back, if you follow and 1-2lbs a week weight loss..
