update 3 day 8 acai berry and colon cleanse from botanic choice part 2

i have losted about 5 pounds in 0nly a week with acai berry from botanic choice the colon cleanse is boil crap or is it just that my colon is'nt rankkei :) yall choose on the colon for me it's BS no i did not need to diet at all i ate what ever i want and still losted weight i just simply take 3 acai suppliment capsules a day 1morning 1 afternoon 1 night:)
