  • While it's perplexing to me, too, why cameras aren't allowed in the courtrooms, I expect it might have something to do with the media cameras causing lawyers, judges and defendants to grandstand and act like idiots - as in the OJ Trial.

Dave must have been sorely disappointed when he was released within MINUTES (again). The big, bad, evil court system seems to have no interest in persecuting Dave Ridley.

  • welcome to the Ridley Report PR man! I think we've crossed paths at the NH insider forums....always good to see some opposition joining in the discussion here.

  • This is why you're awesome! Don't give up! You can get arrested more than once, trust me.

  • wow my first comment from a celeb!

well maybe my second actually....welcome to the ridley report adam !

  • Yeah, seriously. And, did you check out that Rosa Parks woman? What's her problem with following the rules. That Ghandi character was bad news too, as was MLK ... what, these people think they can accomplish something just by pretending the laws don't apply to them?

  • Ah, if only they WOULD ignore us!

    But that would be....LIBERTY.

  • @ThunderAppeal That's why the thugs insist on making m.j. and videotaping illegal - they know these things will help to break the corrupt "system. Look at what the Senate did today.

  • Courthouse is public property. 1st Amendment should hold here.

  • @ThunderAppeal wow what a moran you are, it's about the goverment serving the people not the people serving the goverment. This system is BS, everything US Gov is a fucking secret yet we're the ones paying their salary. Just because an asshole is voted in on lies doesn't mean he can do what ever the fuck he wants for the next 4 years. You're right this system for sheepeople like you needs to bhe broken!

  • Idiots like the guy holding the camera cause a break down in the system.

You markuinna assholes are fucking things up for everyone else, but thats your usual modus operandi.

  • in the UK it is restricted and you will get the camera taken away but it is not arrestable

  • That's not the point here, what they're trying to do is get people to see how many rights we're losing in the land of the free. Video taping your own court session can be vital to your safety. If you have evidence of what happened, it could help fight mistreatment or bad judgement on Mr. Honor's part.

  • if prohibiting filming in a court room is illegal why not fight it through the system ...?

  • the system its crooked and stupid.

  • 1st Amendment

NO LAW abridging freedom of the press.

what part of "no law" do they not understand?

  • so you say they seek atteninon casue they didn't get enough when they were kids. so what would be so nice about running into him at night, you're hinting at a violent act towards him. sounds like you're the one that had issues growing up. and you also seem to be the reason why people should be allowed to arm ourselves for protection. there's only one problem, you try attacking any of these ccw citizens and you might get more then you bargained for.
