if the fox body was stock it wouldnt have slicks retard and it also would have got killed by about 20 cars if it was stock and Im probably under estimating
-
it def isnt stock if its running low 12s lol

@3O2MuStAnG The foxbody actually was on like a 200 shot or so. The 12.2 was a joke because that's what the guy was saying it ran. You can see how hard it launches it picks up the tires a bit even. The 240 was also on 22psi making well over 500whp at that time. The 240s street ability was decent, the only thing that sucked was the TH400. I sold it though, now I'm rolling in a 2011 Mustang GT. Much slower but no problems with the police.

nice race. I think it would have been a better race if the fox body was modded properly tho. I mean cmon ... if your single turbo 2jz TH automatic 240sx runs 10s the stang should at least be equipped with a 302 based 347 stroker and a C4 automatic to even it up. btw - how is the streetability of that 240sx (especially before the turbo gets a fine temperature) ? just curious

@BarelyLegal23 hahah exactly my uncles stang ran low 13's modded and low 12's on a bottle he ditched the bottle built the head an twin turbo's and ran 10's with a blown gasket 12s is no where near stock lol

fox bodys are capable of much more whith H/C/I than a stock long block obviously I have seen high 9's with a stock shortblock. I had a Buick Grand National and was running a 66mm have seen them run a pt-70 with the stock block and go deep into the 9's turbo buicks are the end all be all in 1/4 mile performance I.M.O. I also had a G- body malibu with a 468ci LS-5 block built to L-88 specs ran a best of 11.96 on street tires trying to stay out of the wall.
IF (I fucking hate imports but I'm not gonna say you didnt, 410rwhp if you did make that on the rollers is rather stout) you really did take him on the top end of the quarter it could be due to the mustang running out of gear alot of these dip shits run 4.30's or 4.56's although with a motor that wont make power that high in the rpm range he was on a 29 inch tire tho which would take a little gear back, good run!

@Shitboxfox No, He didnt run out of gear. The 240 traps at over 130mph and that night had well over 500whp (Not just 410whp) launching on a transbrake. I did that race with zero burnout as you can see I was allover the road. The Mustang was running a 150 or 200 shot (can't remember). Both of these cars were running in the 10s that night. Don't come on here like you are some car genius. The 240sx is 2600lbs (w/o driver) and 500+whp on pump gas with a single turbo 2JZ. Faster is faster sorry

@hqen2000 I'm not some idiot look at my videos I've also had a Z06, and now I have a 2011 Mustang GT (along with a bunch of other fast cars). The 240sx was a solid mid to high 10 car on street tires and pump gas. It's not magic, it's a light car with lots of power. No matter what I would have came around him because it's faster. If you know cars so well you should know what kinda power a single turbo 2jz makes. I'm not trying to hate but don't bash my car like it's slow.

Look now I wasn't try'n to be a dickhead bud, You beat a stock longblock car on the bottle. A bolt on car shit I've seen verts (heavier than a notch or hatch case you didnt know) run low 12's on a 100 shot with bolt ons and a stock cam and heads. And to answer youre question no I do not know what kind of power a single turbo 2jz makes I dont care about imports at all I have no interest in engaging in cyber battles with you on the internet. You have a fast car take the compliment.

@Shitboxfox My car has a stock block, stock cams, stock everything except turbo and injectors and I still split his wig. The foxbody isnt end all of 1/4 mile performance. I like my 2011 GT much better, it's heavier but much more powerful. But thanks. Just trying to explain not all imports are slow. The 240sx on the bottle ran well in the 9s, on a stock motor... (yes swapped from a bigger more expensive car, but its all the same).
