paul williams is 6'1
margarito is 5'11
both men are tall for their division...
margarito beat down on a 5'7 cotto possibly with illegal handwraps. another big difference between williams and margarito is that paul williams moves up in weight and beats bigger guys..margarito will be at 147 his whole career becuase he knows what awaits him at 154 and 160...

Ok, here is a question for all my boxing fans. Hypotetically speaking, what can we make out of a Margarito vs Pacquiao fight? let´s say mayweather doesn´t agree to fight because of money/fear, mosley looses to Berto. Pacquiao already beat Cotto and so did Margarito, I think is a viable fight, with lot´s of history behind it. Margarito to revindicate himself, Pacquiao to make even more history. I would love to see that fight, any comments

what are you smoking? mosley beat the snot out of margarito dute. and he didn't take much punishment from cotto because he was on psychological steroids knowing he would eventually get to cotto with his plaster scheme.

he had plaster-like not the real thing. i strongly believe if he had the real thing he would had his license removed. maybe like the trainer mention they added more of whatever they used in a different way to protect his hands and mosley camp seen this as an advantage. lets remember when hi beat cotto he also took much punishment yet he didnt fail as cotto did. the fact he got ko and dominated by mosley was because mosley is a super great fighter maybe margarito was not at his best for a reason.

like i said before, plaster aparis,no more like paper mashie ,what they use to make pinatas.all he got was a year ,shit but i under stand wrong is wrong shit you can get a year for haveing powerade, instead of water,in your corner.loaded gloves ,hard like stone, hard like a cast,no they cheated, they dipped his gauze in calcium, and flower and made paper mashie .thats why he only got a year and not in jail ,or took his license.

Margo's a great fighter. what defeated Cotto more than anything was the fact that Margo was walking through his best shots round after round. and I'm a HUGE cotto fan but anyone who watched the fight knows that Margo was better conditioned in that fight in terms of how much punishment he took from Cotto. he had plaster in his gloves but not his chin.

go see the video, where they interview shane mosly, shane says " i dont think he new the gloves were loaded, he just sit there and lets them wrap his hands" dats true, i dont think margarito new about it, if anything his trainor shuld be penalized, cuz really margarito just sits there and gets his hands wraped.
