Round 1, Game 1 - Canucks vs Kings - Apr. 15 '10
Opening video for the 2010 Stanley Cup Playoffs. I LOVE the fact that they used the song, "Requiem for a Dream", again for the video. So sick! Love it! WOOOHHH!!!

NOTE: watch the first referee that steps onto the ice. He takes a spill at the 3:52 mark.

  • Haha at 3:52 one of the refs goes flying!

  • @cheapchinaman

Indeed they look so much more professional and sharp in them.

  • @onelastnoob

    I sure hope so too.

  • I would like to point out. That the only screen logo they showed. Was the new stick logo. And it makes me think .They plan on changing to that logo next year.

They used to show all our jersey logos on the ice. Now its just the new stick. I keep seeing hints of it over taking all the logos more and more.

And i mean it is very sharp simple and clean. And the most meaningful jersey to our name.

So I hope this hunch is right.

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

  • Thanks for posting - great seeing it from the crowd's point of view.

  • best playoff intro of all-time

  • I don't really care about hockey a whole lot but I'll be honest, when that U2 song starts up, the canucks come on the ice, and 20,000 people start freaking out it really does send shivers up my spine.

  • reminds me of the opening ceremonies
