Yeah, many YouTubers don't know how to ask permisions, and they chafe really because YouTube disables his/her videos. But I think the authors and the law is wrong. The authors are really unavailable or the studio who have a copyright. And if available, they ask so much gigs... they said me: if I upload a video to YTube, that is a commercial use! I can't understand it why...

Okay, that was real rude of me. I said that without consideration nor thought, and I'm sorry. I think a lot YouTube users don't know how to ask permission. Anyways, every time a video of ours gets taken off because of copyright, it's rarely because the original author objects to us using their work. It's this "WMG" company who, as far as I can tell, is doing it out of pure greed.

Oh, ha ha, real funny. Personally, I don't mind as long as you credit me as the original. You're asking the wrong person, bud.

Why not try to ask the original author, huh??
Or may I create a rework of your videos??

we will wait loyaly
That sucks! :( I've used this argument with disputes with YouTube, and it seems to work:
The Fair Use Clause of the U.S Copyright Act of 1976
Provisions of sections 106 and 106A states "For purposes such as uncommercial criticism and commentary it does not infringe."
Hope this helps!
