I have to agree with you, if anyone is going to lie about Islam than it would be Satan. However on one occasion he did tell the truth, and when the Prophet (saw) heard this he said "He spoke the truth, although he is a liar..." Go check Al-Baqara_255 on wikipedia.

@blip62 The beauty of Islam is that we have to believe in all of the Prophets and Messengers of God and when we speak about them we do so with the utmost respect. The main miracle of Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him) was the Qur'an and will remain so till the end of time.
