@profesorshaolin train everyday, but work different muscle regions. what i do is on mondays i do pre workout cardio and then chest and back workouts. on tuesday i do super cardio. on wednesday i do arm workouts and a little cardio. on thursday i do super cardio. on friday i do abs and lower body workouts and a little cardio. on the weekends, i do just cardio.

I ve seen a lot of peole in the gym pushing up heavy weights , my roomate makes muaytai or sht and hes making a similar workout like urs and his damn good very defined body , do you think u can workout daily this way ? or u have tolet rest the muscle like the traineres say in the gym ? cause i can of thinking that its better train daily all

alot of it is genetics, body type.
but its just hard work man, work your abbes till they are sore, if theyre not sore the next day u didnt work hard enough
