Successful maiden flight of my GWS A-10. They plane is steady and flies rock steady. I was doing aerobatics on the first flight! I recommend this plane to anyone who wants an exciting but easy plane to fly.

  • I bigger battery could be used, but the weight is already high. The wing would need to be reinforced heavily. At the bottom of a high-g loop, it flexs quite a bit. One of these days, it will snap in half!

  • So, it's the old weight problem...

Or would ypu have enough power for a heavier baterry, or would a heavier battery worsen the flying qualities in the same setup (for i.e. need for more airspeed to have enough lift and so on...)

    Still a cool plane...

  • Yes- More mAh means more flight time, however:

Twin EDF Brushless motors will eat it up twice as fast. There was only one battery for two motors.

  • Do you mean max fly time before the batteries run out of power? how comes? wouldn't bigger batteries (more mAh) leed to a longer flight time?

    Nice maiden, by the way...

  • About 5 minutes

  • how long is the flight time?
