Same crappy video, different audio. I will NEVER do business with that company again, charging me five bucks to legally license their damn song and then having the nerve to flag my video for copyright violation. Though not my original intent, I've decided that the video is sort of an allegory for these big corporate monoliths running over all the little monkeys out there, crushing their creativity like the steamroller in the final scene. What's next: I'm gonna hear from the Dole Fruit Company about the use of the word "Banana" in the title?!?!? I'll let y'all know if the weasels over at a certain music company at least have the decency to refund the money I wasted trying to do the right thing and pay for my video music. But don't hold your breath.

  • Yayy!!! I hope that you get your money back for the music you used on the original version of this video. That was dirty, how they took your money and then marked the video for removal.

    Great video!

  • their thing now is to say they didn't mark it for removal, only their "right" to monetize MY video and collect the ad revenue from it. But it was still flagged, and even after disputing it with sending copies of the license and my sales receipt to YouTube, YouTube decided to not agree with my disputing the claim on my video. I will NEVER do business with that company again.

  • Ugh!!! I read the description. What a scam!!! Great video just the same!

  • If they have flagged your video as infringing copyright, and you had a legal licence, the company has broken the law and can be sued.

This company is abusing the law and must be held accountable. Do not say "it's only five dollars" and let it slide - it is standard practice for companies of all sizes to chase up debts a lot smaller than this. Send them a bill and if they don't pay in 14 days, file suit in small claims.

    Good luck.
