Thank you..... but its all on the bottom i'm bottom heavy i was a little over 200 i lost 15lbs by walking on the trail near my home.

I WALK ON THE TRAIL ASWELL.ITS NO GOOD 4 ME I HAVE MAD MUSCLE.

AND THEY JUST GET BIGGER IF I DONT SWEAT.AND ITS VERY HARD 4 ME 2 DO THAT.IF I HAD A STEAM ROOM I WOULD B SLIM.WISH U WERE HERE EVERY1 HATES THE TRAIL:-)
