  • I find it highly ironic that I am watching this at 3 am as I do my nightly Internet surfing to try to fall asleep! I think after watching this that i am going to make a "cut off time" for all my electronics so I don't waste half a night's sleep anymore. Thank you for the wonderful video!!

  • You are so right that the bedroom should be a peaceful place. I have dried calming herbs that grew over the summer hanging over my bed, tied on a string hanging downward so when I wake up, oftentimes the first thing that I see is calming herbs, and it reminds me of the good things in life, and that I have a safe place to retreat to at night. I also have a natural crystal that I hang from my bed, and a note that my boyfriend wrote to me. :-)

  • What do you do when you sleep too much and have the same issues (low energy, overeating, etc.)?
