STIR FRIED SLICED LAMB
3 tbsp Ching's Secret All in One Sauce
1 tsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ching's Secret Chili Vinegar
200 gms sliced Lamb (preferably lamb leg)
1 tsp roasted and crushed Cumin Seeds
5-6 pcs of diced dried Red Chilies
Pinch of white pepper
2 tbsp Corn flour
Oil to deep fry
Method:
Put sliced lamb in a bowl, add corn flour and mix well so that all the lamb slices get coated with the corn flour.
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, fry the lamb slices on a slow fire for about a minute.
Add two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, add diced red chilies, fried lamb slices, Ching's Secret All In One Sauce, Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, white pepper and Ching's Secret Chili Vinegar and mix well till the lamb gets coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
