Proper Katniss Everdeen braid tutorial

How to do Katnisses hair braid from The Hunger Games!
With practise this look is really easy, but it might take some getting used to. I think it's easier to do than a normal french braid, Idk why doesn't hurt my arms so much :P
Anyway I just had the thought of it and checked on youtube and didn't find anything that actually matched her braid from the movie pictures I've seen. So I hope you find this helpful :D Katniss has hers looser than mine and leaves strands out at the front, but my hair is too short to have it any looser :O

I'm going to wear this to the premiere and everyone's gonna be like
OMG HOW U GET UR HAIR LYK DAT
And I'll just be like

i so wish i never had my hair cut short last week , it will never go like this , guess im just gonna have to wait for my hair to grow :( love the tutorial x

wow that's so cool, could you post a video or just a picture where you have this hairstyle in curly hair? I also have crurly hair and find it very difficult to braid (not yet used to it) and i would like to see what it would look like if you can successfully braid :D
