Most of the noise is coming from Lightning which is dragging it's front end around, as per usual, to keep it low. This was a live event at Manningtree Car Show in 2004. MCPS 5965 BPI 6271 PPL 6271 www.calvertfilm.fsnet.co.uk also www.roamingrobots.co.uk also www.ukrobotwars.com
@ArnoldTohtFan George could still control it I reckon but I think he has other interests these days. It was shot at various studios over the years but I'm not sure that the arena exists anymore. I think the house robots are stored somewhere though as ocassionally you see them about at live events.
Perhaps Richard Swann (must be grown up now) could control Chaos 2 if the show ever comes back. There is a lot of support out there for the show to return. The studio and the arena must still exist, and its what the people want. After all, it is the greatest entertainment show this country has ever produced :)
@ArnoldTohtFan Oh no, he wants to keep it in one piece. That was why he didn't fight in the 7th series. Spinners were getting a bit too powerful for a robot made in Series 3.
@snitterfield9 Yeah, we were totally outclassed. Although Lightning had greater control, it could never get its flipper into play because C2 was so high off the ground it would ride over the front of our machine before the flipper could reach it. Also once C2 had flipped us, our CO2 was mixed up, so our flipper then suffered with a delay. Basically we lost. But what fun. And I got to drive C2 - it performs fantastically. Lightning had the same people make its systems. The C2 people.
Nice to see Chaos 2 working again after its thrashing in Extreme 2

@TheTeamMental Vader and IG-88 are 2 different robots that are made from the same team.

@TheTeamMental Indeed it was - I've just checked my 2004 robot diary and it was the IG88 version of the robot.

It wasn't vader. It was IG-88 which was a modification of Vader.
