I used to work for Island Inkjet and have filled hundreds of those little pressurized bastards, including my 1st one ever which was Cyan and I accidentally let pressure off the filling seal/coupling and sprayed ink all over myself, in the middle of a mall and spent the day looking like a damn smurf. To clarify, those are (now lol) easy to fill, but that chip on the side can be, and DOES need to be reset with a special chip resetter made for Epson brand or compatibles.

@ventHARAS But what does rating have to do with anything? You're a smart guy, do the research. You can buy bottles of printer ink for about $5 that let you refill your cartridge about 20 times. Look it up. Buying new cartridges is incredibly expensive and it is very easy to buy refill kits.

I wish it was true but if you had ever taken the time to dis-assemble an Epson TO78 cartridge you never would have posted this video. why would Epson spend extra money to incorporate a reset switch inside the cartridge? you would have to pay more money for the cartridge than you do now. Do a google search for how to refill epson t078 look for a url of a dis-assembled TO78 cartridge at refillinstructions. get educated and investigate on a subject before you make and post a video.

Sorry everyone, but this is fake. There IS NO RESET BUTTON on ink cartridges. This video, originally made by brusspup, was an april fools joke. However, you can purchase good quality ink cartridge refill kits just about anywhere that allow you to refill and reuse a cartridge dozens of times -- and THAT is the REAL secret that the printer companies don't want you to know. Why spend $15 for a new cartridge when you can refill it for 8 cents?
