few days after this..me & my mom went through Goshen, & it was tragic because I have never seen any tornado damage in my life & it about teared me up..it was awful..but thankfully everyone was ok & they are rebuliding now :) especially the Church that was gone..God Bless them & all the other cities that got hit by these deadly tornadoes..April 27th, 2011..will def. be a date to remember. U never know what u will expect during times like these..Tornadoes may be beautiful, but they are dangerous.

there too..but we all found out that it went south of us after Goshen..& sure enough..it hit there & missed us.. i felt relieved & thankful, but felt bad & sad for Goshen, cuz they got hit twice! I really felt like I was in an episode of Twister! & my mom was at work this day in Anniston..my mom had to go to someones house she works w/ cuz there was one near Anniston & was wanting to get me..but I was scared of that too... I know this is long & telling a story, but this is where it started..

Rest of comment..It well..but it did get very windy & we all waited around until we knew further of what was going on with the tornadoes..& we found out that one was coming towards us & we decided to all leave to a safe place & we split up..so I was with my co-worker friends, JoAnn & Stefan..& I rode with them & one of their friends & us & my co-workers parents decided to go to the Courthouse & we were hauling butt to get there & i was so scared..but we got to the basement & a lot of ppl were

Rest of comment...& there were ppl at the drive-thru wondering what was happening & a storm chaser was the last person I served at the window & told him to be safe out there..Anyways, our manger had a emergency radio & we heard that there were tornadoes close by us like in Fort Payne & when we heard that, we decided to clean up everything the best we could! & when one of my co-workers parents got there, i went outside w/ them & it was very windy & the sky looked like a dusty color (Cant explain)

This will def. be a day I will remember prob. my whole life.. I live in Cherokee County & I was watching this channel right before I was about to leave for work..& this happens to be the first tornado of them all & when I saw this, I was like..ok..a tornado happening right now in Cullman & I didn't think the weather was that bad at first in Alabama..When I got to work..it wasn't raining or anything..then about few minutes after 5 pm..lights flickered & our power when out & never came on :/

First one of that hellish day. Work let us out at 2 p.m. and I raced home to see Spann. Wasn't 30 minutes later this tornado showed up. I knew it was going to be a long day.

This is the tornado that hit my house and took EVERYING and left nothing! It was so scary! We had to go all the way across the street! We got in their basement 15 seconds before it hit their field! We where watching it come across the freeway! We think your house was thr reason it bounced back up and stopped!
