A freestyle has more than one definition, thats all i know, i also know that a pre written verse can be considered a freestyle. When it comes to freestyling off the top of your head, there isnt alot of 2pacs, so i wouldnt say hes the best, probably isnt, but Animosity is pretty good, the one he does with Biggie is good, but thats not enough 2 b considered #1 in that regard.
