Well, Rivers' wife is Japanese, so I imagine he's gotten better at speaking it over the years, but I'm not sure if he's fluent in Japanese yet. I don't think the rest of the band speaks Japanese though.

We always here Asian covers of American songs, but this is really different. Wow. I like Weezer, and I like BoA (but unfortunately I've never liked this song) and this is fairly interesting. Thanks for uploading.
