question: How is the existence of shiny legendaries a myth? I mean, obviously, they're even less common than ordinary shinies, but that doesn't mean that they don't exist... Just a thought.

Answer: A myth can pertain to anything that doesn't have sufficient enough evidence, supporting its existence. Usually, only being backed up by claims. Bigfoot most certainly exists, but there are those who still claim it to be a myth.
