Second, the founders lived in premodern era, which was governed by a very different dynamic. There is an inextricable link amid their views and the context in which those views were formed. Everyone in the UK, from rich to poor can walk in to a hospital, or book an appointment with a doctor at ANY time, and receive medical care without having to be worried about inhibition cost to themselves. Should you be in an accident, you will be cared for and not have to worry about coverage. Even the homeless are entitled to medical care, and treatment, and WE don't have an appreciation of life?!
