what are support bearings ? UR not mechanical savvy either.
I been body building for years, I owned a const. co.. CEMENT
Back Breaking, my pops was a chiropractor. I pulled most of my major muscles as in popped them. LOUD POP.
I know what works and works VERY WELL. A WEAK Stomach WILL cause a WEAK BACK. Back Aches.
There for the remedy IS: lifting your legs in the standing position. WORKS... And worked for many others.
OR is it that you don't want this fact be known ?

I don't need serious surgery or any surgery on my back.
Auto accidents break many. I got rear ended. Pushed my trailer inside of my van. When Ever I get a sore back all I need to do is stand and lift a leg till fatigue, do each leg 3 times, for 3 days. MY BACK ACHE IS GONE. NOW
you should xrcz daily. For Prevention.

I saw your other comment. Glad it worked for you. However what works for you might not work for the next man. Just becuse weak abdominal muscles is not the only possible reason why somebody has back pain. Its like saying that all car transmissions brake down due to faulty support bearings. I can be true in some cases but not in all.

Thats not true. There can be quite a lot of reasons why your back hurts. Most common is short iliopsoas, short pectoralis and tense trapezius. weak rectus abdominis is not uncommon but its not the nr1 reason. THIS VIDEO HOWEVER IS A WASTE OF TIME

Sorry I mis-worded my sentence. I meant to say that strong abs are no substitute for a strong back, meaning a strong back is also very important. Both are important. Sorry for the confusion, I worded it wrong, my mistake.

if you have a back ache, you are using your back when you should be using your ABS.

YOU must not have ABS. Beer Belly will result in a WEAK BACK. I'm living proof, I eliminated BACK surgery by working my ABS. And if you have a weak back, and can't do sit ups. TRY standing on one leg for prolonged periods, till fatigued then trade off according. That XRCZ is least stressful on your back, do that till your pain is eliminated. Depending on the severity should take about 3 days for relief. You need to do sets of three, x 2 a day.
