Southwestern Book Company sends college students out across America to sell educational books throughout the summer. I've hosted students for seven years now, it's quite an experience. Four of the summers, students combined from Tartu University (Estonia) and Riga University (Latvia) have lived with me. The summer of 2010, I have a returning student, Karel, who is now a OL (organizational leader). The summer of 2007 he was just a first year student and this year, he's the boss. Every Sunday morning they all meet and have their inspirational meeting. After the meeting, they do this chant. I live in a very quite neighborhood with mostly older people. Can you imagine what they all think when they see this going on in the cul-de-sac. These guys really work from 6am-10pm everyday for 100 days. It's hard work, long hours, crappy weather, you name it. You have to have the guts to do it and not be a quitter, and if you stick to the program, you will make some serious cash.
