hey u wer amazing!!!!!! i m planning to take up pole dancing classes soon. But i am thinkng should i tone up, loose jus a bit of weight 1st?(m not huge or nethg, jus hav a bit of a belly) and improve my stamina or just join the classes n ill get fit by time? plss help

these are static Lil' Mynx poles, powder coated. good price, very safe.

ahhh , is it on spinning mode? and how much are tehy , i have found some for like 300 $... but thats is still Very pricey...

no these are the old ones that don't have the spinning mode on them, I think they are around $300.
There's not much out there for less than that. Even if you go through a brass company its still gonna cost more.
Have you tried criagslist?

i have a powder coated pole and is seems like i can't get as good of a grip on it as a brass pole... what r some suggestions

ah yes, I have really large hands so its easy to grip anything. But I do find if you clean your pole to much, I meen cleaning during your pole dancing session, its gets slippery.
When my hands start to swet I wipe them along the pole from top to bottem, over and over until the pole is dirty, kinda gross I know but it works.
